Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...
I know it's a bit early, but this year I am having to make my Christmas Puddings in September instead of at the end of October as I usually do. I am finding it increasingly difficult to find Barley Wine, as there are virtually no off licences anywhere near where I live. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I could use instead?
