Just a quick question can you freeze cheesecake made with cream cheese eggs etc?
Not sure if you are talking about baked or unbaked cheesecakes, but I freeze baked ones made with eggs, cream cheese, etc. I also freeze unbaked ones made with double cream and cream cheese but the recipes I use do not have eggs in them.
I freeze both - never a problem.Would not offer the uncooked to the very young,very elderly or pregant women. Apart from those provisos certainly OK in my opinion.
