Iwant to make this cheesecake for a party but cannot find 8% fromage frais anywhere. I can't even find 4%! Can i make it successfully with virtually fat free?
Yes it does ask for Mascarpone and From to be whisked together before whisking in eggs and sugar and baking. Thanks
Rather than virtually fat free, I would use ordinary cream cheese. The cheesecake will be rich but yummy and could be cut into smaller slices!
