Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...
I live in the Pacific Northwest and we have a large variety of apples available to us. Does anyone know what a good substitution for Bramley apples is?
Use what is available but add extra lemon juice as Bramleys are naturally sour.
