Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...
Am really hoping someone out there is able to help! I have a Delia recipe for a strawberry and orange cheesecake that my kids used to love - this Christamas they've asked for it as a treat. However, the main ingredient is a container of concentrated frozen orange juice - and I can't find any anywhere!!! Any ideas gartefully received.

I asked about this on here a couple if weeks ago. I also emailed Sainsbury's who used to sell it. The nice chap who replied to me said that he couldn't find it in any of their stores and although it is still on the list of one of their suppliers it isn't actually available.It seems from my enquiries that it is no longer made, at least for domestic use, in the UK although apparently it is in the USA which isn't really very helpful.
