Hi Can anyone help me please - I have bought ingredients to make Delia's Christmas Chutney (from Delia Smith Christmas) but cannot find any allspice berries. Can I use ground allspice and if so how much would I use to replace 75g (3oz)of allspice berries?
I must admit I have never heard of allspice berries & nor has anyone in the supermarkets & healthfood stores I've tried!
