Dried Anchovies

Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...

It depends where you are. I suppose there is a good chance that Harrods would have them - at a price !

I'd be interested in these too Susan.

Harrods food hall is not that expensive for normal items. When I was at uni, the campuswas in the middle of nowhere so it had a shop for basics. I compiled a list as I was on the student council of 10 food items that were cheaper in Harrods than they were in our campus shop.......

Thanks James but found them in the Oriental Spice shop in my town . Approx £1.40 for 100gms .
