Salted walnuts...

Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...

salted walnuts

cant say ive come across them ,but why dont you try to salt them yourself ,id lightly wet the walnuts and sprinkle salt on them and roast in the hot oven :)

Thanks for the tips. It does seem pretty straightforward to salt them myself so I will try.....
