Duck liver

Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...

Any ideas where I can buy this please - years ago Sainsbury used to sell it in the freezer section -but seems they no longer stock it?

Not much use, welsh lamb, but in Delia's new book she says they're more widely available around Xmas. Could stock up then.

Waitrose has fresh duck livers in store - however not showing on line - they were reduced today so I stocked up!!!!
