No lump flour

Haven't a clue what galangal is, or need to know what to use if you can't buy creme fraiche locally? We're sure our knowledgeable members will be able to point you in the right direction...

No lump flour

Just seen (a rather old episode) of 'how to cook' where DS used 'no lump flour' but can't find it anywhere - even on line. Anyone with any ideas?

If you have a Sainsburys near you they have a flour called sauce flour I think that is the same thing.

yep i agree with VE - sauce flour - in the flour aisles, normally eye level shelf and its a small ish packet size about 500g - but a little goes a long way - can use it in gravy making too.

Sauce Flour.

As the ladies above have said, Sainsburys do their own, and the branded version is Wrights. Its in most places that stock a reasonable choice of flour types. Wrights actually manufacture it for Sainsburys so I opt for that one as its the same product but a little cheaper.
