I made the traditional Xmas pud last year in a two pint basin and it went down a storm. This year I'm catering for more people and wanted to add half the ingredients again and make one single pudding in a 3 pint basin. Is there any reason why this wouldn't work? How long should I steam it for in the first cooking and then again on Christmas day?Thanks in advance!
