I'm really enjoying Delia Through the Years. Seeing the change from her being slightly nervous to the very confident cook that she became and is still today.

It's also nice to see the things were in the news and the music that was popular of the decade that is being shown and obviously seeing her cook one or two dishes again.

Well done to all concerned in the making of it.

I have also watched the repeats of these programmes and have thoroughly enjoyed them. What is obvious is how Delia has always been in tune with what the viewers need from a cookery programme. I agree with her totally when she says that some programmes are for entertainment only and others are far too "cheffy". A cookery programme should show us how to cook properly at home and then we can buy the book to refer to when we try them out.

I agree with all of the above, too many "cookery" programmes" don't really show how to do things. I love to watch Delia, she inspires you to try things.
