Halloween

Is it my imagination or are Stores advertising items for Halloween more frightening than they used to be? Some of the masks etc are blood curdling and frighten me so don't know what affect they have on children.

Halloween

YES!
I have to be really careful where I take my children at this time of year. Lots of parents don't seem to have a problem with it though.

Halloween

I know what you mean! I popped to Tesco last night, & there was an aisle full, although some were really quite funny.

I went in primarily to buy packs of disposable gloves ready for making Halloween hands with my brownie group next week! I have a notion that we can make some with furry backs & make nasty brown nails with card & glue etc (we have a bag of fabric in our store cupboard including some fake fur) or add green nails & stick fake veins on or use permanent marker pen, or glue rice crispies on to make warts then colour them in with grey or green felt tips .... Could be a messy evening, can't wait! Hoping they will enjoy it as much as me!
