Life is NEVER too short for....

I don't know where to find the original thread as the title changed, so this is a continuation....

Life is never too short to pick your vegetables yourself, in a shop, loose, and not in a packet.

You would not believe the rotten potatoes in the bags in Morrisons today (no reflection on Morrisons, I think everyone is in trouble with the weather).

Not something I've ever had a problem with personally and I do most of the shopping on line.

I do very little online and that is only the paper stuff, detergents, branded tins, etc. I don't think I've ever bought a fresh produce for supermarket delivery....but many friends and neighbours do and seem quite satisfied. I pick each potato, tomato, head of broc, orange, melon,...by hand, with care. Just me, I suppose. Others seem happy.

I shop online too and never had a problem with the quality of the produce at all .

Luckily I only have to buy online, British items that I can't get here in the shops ie marmite, cadbury's flakes(vital), hazelnuts and currants to name but a few. I love to be able to choose my veggies and fruits and see them first hand. Sometimes actually getting out to the shops is a chore but once inside I allow as much time as I need and enjoy it everytime, especially the bargains!
