After taste

Are there any after tastes you actually like?

I have one and it's garlic!

Okay, I can see some of you lifting your hands in horror but for me it's a memory of something I've really enjoyed in my meal. Love anything garlicy, providing it's fresh garlic. Just don't have it enough because hubby doesn't care for it very much.

After taste

I honestly cannot think of a single after-taste that I like. I only like garlic in barely-perceptible quantities anyhow. Very interesting question, never thought about it before!

After taste

For me it is usually after eating roast lamb with the vegetables cooked in the lamb fat, or an excellent joint of beef. We don't usually eat dessert so the flavour can be savoured with another glass of wine. We also both enjoy coriander leaves and garlic and I suppose we add rather too much of both for many peoples taste.
