Hedge Mustard

I'm really intrigued, why do you want it? For a specific dish?

I remember what's is name, Slater, saying that one can use any mustard one likes in numerous dishes. I would love to know why you want Hedge Mustard xxx

Hedge Mustard

So sorry to learn of your health problems and I'm sorry I did not mean to pry. If you 'google' hedge mustard tea you will find an online shop that sells it. However there appear to be numerous sites with a lot of information about the plant , how to collect and how to use. It does sound as though it might be very helpful to you. Best wishes, Biggs xxx

Having just done a fair bit of reading I'm wondering if you could could grind black or white mustard seeds for your purposes. It seems it's just a more cultivated variety of mustard nowadays xx
