Dover sole

Dover sole. Fried in butter. New pots and fresh peas. Fresh fruit salad. Can't go wrong and fit even for a queen.

A fish pie - the cooking is simple, lots of choices of fish and a range of different toppings depending on how much time and expertise you have. Some good recipes here and elsewhere. Prepare a day in advance so you know it will be ready.

I love spaghetti with seafood, either clams in a tomato sauce, prawns with garlic, butter and chilli or mixed seafood with lemon, butter and black pepper.

A sprinkle of parsley and a big green salad. Not too heavy and no stress over cooking it.
