We are restricted to one pan - our kitchen is currently building site quite literally and there is little joy to be had from cooking. Smoked salmon and pea risotto tonight and perhaps a little glass of wine!
Both OH and I have got chest infections and not feeling very hungry but I've popped some chicken thighs to roast in the oven and will have a few oven chips plus a veg. to go with them. Not very exciting
Tonight, it's Aubergine Parmigiana - or it would be if I was hungry! It's about to come out of the oven, and neither Dad nor I have an appetite. It smells great, but I just don't feel like eating anything yet. I blame the sausages I had earlier (only 2, and around 3 pm, wasn't going mad or anything!). Think I may be having aubergines for breakfast in the morning...
We've just finished slow roast shoulder of pork with roasted potatoes and roasted veg (cauli, broccoli and pak choi) and, of course, Yorkshire puds. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
