Mind how you go!

Facebook users will see we have just put this up, but for those who aren't on it and still in snowy conditions PLEASE be careful when you are out. We don't want to hear of any members with broken bones.

Oh - and check out the reaction of the girls at 3mins 25seconds!

As Knorreeeen says, keep safe people!

Pretty much all of it has gone where I am but I know not everyone is so lucky.

Keep safe people!

We had more Ice than snow. Last friday it snowed in the morning, rained at lunch time and then froze in the afternoon. It was freezing the windscreen as you drove, really not good driving conditions.

For once our village managed to salt & grit the roads, even went into the school.

Thanks Noreen.
Still plenty of snow here in South East Wales, since last Friday, plus more since. It's very cold out but I'm on top of the world as hubby has, at last, been picked up and taken to hospital for a long awaited operation. No more hernia pain!
There are definite signs of a slow thaw in process.

Still plenty of snow here in Monmouthshire although apparently main roads are clear but paths etc extremely slippery. Haven't left the house since week last Thursday. Woke up this morning to no water but enough in kettle to make coffee. We are on a private water supply - checked with others on the Estate and they are the same so 'phoned the Estate Office. Seems water troughs for animals get frozen in the fields which affects our supply. Hope it gets sorted soon otherwise I'll have to open a bottle of wine!!!
