I've been invited to a fancy dress party and the theme is sci fi. Any ideas of what to wear? Hubby is going as a Men in black person so thats easy, but femail sci fi is daunting.It's got to be easy to do as I'm no good at dress making or anything! x

there are 2 men in black.. but could end up looking a lot like the blues brothers!
Go in a Star Trek Uniform - black boots, black leggings, red long sleeved top, buy an insignia from eBay :) Done!
I simply refuse to go to fancy dress party. My idea of hell pretty much. :)

Thanks Yummy that's very kind! And thanks to everyone else for the ideas.We don't usually like fancy dress that much, especially other half which is why he is going as Men in black as it's not too silly!But hay ho, it should be good fun as the people having the party are really good fun.
There are many cartoon charters, you can play the character of any one of them and the cartoon character costumes are also easily available in the markets.
