I'm looking forward to tasting my first ever homemade Christmas pudding! I used Delia's recipe and found I needed a much bigger pudding bowl than suggested - why is that? Also, I 'steamed' in the slow cooker.... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will taste as good as it smelt!S
Firstly "well done" for making your first Christmas pud and well done again for choosing Delia's. You won't be disappointed. Don't forget that the pudding does not rise much and so you may not have needed to use a larger bowl. Anyway that shouldn't matter. Enjoy!
