Delia Christmas pudding spice? Please help!

OK, I just have to make one of these. I am in the US and the recipe calls for 1 level teaspon ground mixed spice. What is this? Where do I get it?

Any other tips on making this recipe is appreciated. Thanks and happy holidays!

Mixed spice

Do you perhaps call it Apple Pie Spice or Pumpkin Pie Spice?

spice

You could just use pumpkin pie spice. It is in every supermarket and is somewhat similar.
I always stock up on mixed spice when I'm back in the UK.

Another question on this.

How do you cook this? It sounds like you put it in a bowl and steam the whole bowl with a lid on it. Is this correct? Thanks.

Christmas pud.

Yes, that is right. I put a tea towel on the base of pan, then an inverted plate, basin on top. Stops the wobble factor !

Pudding

This year I just put a plate - not inverted - on the base of the pan. Worked fine.
