If anyone is thinking of trying this, please do! It is really delicious. I mention it now because when it is cooking it fills the air with smells of Christmas. I am not a great lover of meat cooked in spices usually associated with cakes ie tagines, etc, but this recipe is really good. My in-laws are coming tomorrow and so I am planning to prepare and cook it today.
I will try that - the photo doesn't look hugely appetising, although the ingredients sound promising, but since you're recommending it, I'll give it a go one night next week!
