Really light fruit cake help needed

I've been trying to reproduce the really light texture of Mr Kipling Manor House Cake. I just can't get the sponge as light as I'd like. Help !! :))

Light fruitcake

Hi here is a great recipe from one of our members. I've tried it and it really is just like Manor House or M&S cake!
