I have to tell someone :) I have just baked a brilliant Christmas cake ala Delia in my two oven aga, I put it in the simmer oven for5 hours 50 mins and had the ogemmithingy at 6 and its great ! Sorry but its the first cake I have done in the AGA. Xx Joan
