has anyone made this?cos i am afraid i am haven't.Saw it first in the cheat book, the new one.Is it really lovely - as it has stiff competition with my one, lol.I am wondering about giving it ago.And also, has anyone tried freezing it?
Hi Sam,Just had a look at this. Can't see why you wouldn't be able to freeze.During our months in Mexico i never had a meal of chilli served with rice.This is quite like the dish we would eat at lunch, except they would fry in hot chilli oil, taco's and then break them up for you to add. In other bowls you would have chopped spring onions mixed with chopped coriander/ chopped tomatoes/ slices of lime and a dish sour cream, also an extra dish of chilli sauce.Feeling hungry now
Luca just told me i forgot to mention the red beans, these would be just mashed up with a fork, not pur&"233;e and severed in a little dish.
