Why won't my Lemon Surprise (Delia's one) pudding seperate.
Not such a pleasant surprise when that happens! You are possibly over-cooking it thus drying up all that lovely lemon syrup underneath. One of my favourite puds, so delicious, especially with homemade vanilla ice cream melting on the top. mmmmm!
