I love your Christmas cake recipe but it is for an 8" I would like to make a 12" square cake this year. How do I convert the recipe to the larger tin and still keep its fantastic taste?
They are detailed on this site, and as far as I'm aware, might be in the books too, but it def all on this site if you look for it.
