Waitrose Baked Vanilla Cheesecake

Have just made 12 individual cheesecakes using Delia's recipe above for an afternoon tea I'm planning. They turned out very well and will freeze them prior to decorating because I don't need them until the end of the week. The recipe for the bases was the right amount but there was left-over filling. Didn't want to waste it so I poured it into a small baking dish and dotted raspberries and blueberries over it before baking. The chilled result is amazing - rather like a creamy clafoutis but a bit more indulgent! I can highly recommend as a pudding in its own right.

Waitrose Baked Vanilla CHeesecake

Hi,
I love baked cheesecake, yum yum!
Can't find the recipe on this site, is it just available instore at the moment? I am hoping it will be similar to the M & S version which is my current favourite.

Minky - you'll find it if you Google Waitrose - Delia's and Heston's recipes.

Thanks Essex Girl, from Sutton Coldfield girl - I found it and will try it during the school holidays. Looks yummy and all that fruit makes it healthy too!

Vanilla Cheesecake

You won't be disappointed Minky. I'm just going to make the top next time with lots of lovely raspberries and blueberries thrown in... or cherries...or peaches. Yum.
