Made some Brandy snap baskets yesterday, ate some and put the remaining into a tin for sometime again, went to check them this morning and they have become one massive mess of brandy snap. What have I done wrong? the recipe said they would keep for up to a week in an air tight tin. Will have to reheat again and shape into baskets, but shop bought ones stay put so how do they do it?
