Tagines

again....

well, i got fed up waiting for my amazon order - and after trawling the tinterweb, i amalagamated 3 or 4 recipes to suit what i had in my cupboards.

And i created a lovely Beef and Potato Tagine, I even put raisins in it - and I have to say going on my first tagine experience and first proper meat and sweet stuff combo - i liked it - my OH loves it.

In fact, I shall type up my recipe.

Thank you all for your advice on my previous thread by the way.

Hi Sam,

Glad your recipe went well. I bought a Tagine after visiting friends and she cooked a lovely meal with lamb and prunes. I have tried a few recipes but nothing worked well.

look forward to seeing your recipe and will give it a try.

am having a nightmare trying to add a recipe to my profile - have asked for assistance.

Tastes even better this morning too - had a little spoonful while making morning cuppa.
