I've tried many of the members recipes on this site. Do you have a favourite..... mine has to be the one that Foodie gave me for butterflied leg of lamb which I cook whenever we have a BBQ. Last year we had a BBQ for my hubby's cycling gang. There were 30 of us so I marinated 4 legs of lamb and hubby whacked them on the BBQ. I cooked Delia's new potatoes with garlic and rosemary and served this with a big green salad. So much easier than faffing about with all the usual mixture of sausages, burgers, kebabs etc.

I'm ashamed to say I don't note down who's recipes I use, but in my defense m'Lud it's always this site I visit first for food inspiration.And always Delia herself for how to cook rice - I tend to just try it a different way if I don't and it always goes wrong.
