Roasting tins for Induction hobs

Sorry, my earlier post I mistakenly put Halogen instead of Induction Hob. I am having difficulty in finding a roasting tray which I can use both in the oven and on an induction hob. Has anyone any ideas please?

Roasting tins

I found most of my existing tins worked on my induction hob - however I think enamel ones work best.
A magnet is always useful to tell you what will work with induction - if it sticks it is ok.
I keep a small one in my handbag in case I see a bargain whilst shopping I known whether to purchase.

Roasting tins for Induction hobs

I did wonder about that, as induction hobs are the only ones with 'special' requirements.
As Welsh Lamb said, so long as it is magnetic it should be OK. So, most stainless steel tins, some cast iron, definitely not aluminium!! Do the magnet test.

Pans etc. for Induction

Lakeland is a good place to find pans, roasting tins etc. for induction hobs. The magnet test is good when you are looking. John Lewis is probably good too and any specialist kitchen shop. I can buy them in Mr Bricolage here in France - bit like B & Q. When I first had an induction hob it was very difficult to find the right pans etc., but now I think they are widely available.

Thanks very much Rosemary for your suggestion of the Masterclass vitreous enamel roasting pan which I purchased today and it works perfectly on my Siemens induction hob.
