Cooking Sea Bass Fillets

I have a recipe for oven baked sea bass fillets with a Vietnamese mushroom sauce. The only fillets I could get are wafer thin, boneless, and skinless (I've got 4 just for the two of us). If I do bake the fish, how long would they need in a 200C oven with the precooked mushroom sauce poured over? Would it perhaps be better to pan fry the fish, I thought for 1 - 2 minutes on each side and then pour the sauce over? Any advice would be great thank you!
