Flapjacks stick

I've just made flapjacks, used non stick pan. Lined and greased with baking paper, correct measurements, tiles etc. But when cooled paper stuck and all flapjacks in bits.

I think you cooked them just a little too long. Try again and give them 10-5 minutes less.

I'd also try & get them off the parchment while they're still reasonably warm so that they haven't glued themselves to the paper. They also cut better while warm & a bit squishy.

I have just made the recipe on this site for flapjacks using the new tin with the new silver liner and they have worked brilliantly.

I used the smaller quantity of butter as I like the crunch.

I’m going to try the brazil brownies for the weekend.
