What cut of pork

What is Boneless Centre-Cut pork loin. I want to do this recipe with the above cut of pork but not sure if I can get this particular cut of meat in the supermarkets.

I assume it's a pork tenderloin that you're after. What is the recipe?

Pork

And you can get it in supermarkets if that is what you need. Generally between £5 and £10 each depending whether you buy 'finest' or ordinary.

Are you sure it is tenderloin?

Might it not be boned out rolled loin?

More details required, just to be sure.

What cut of pork

Hi everybody thanks for your answers. I know it is not tenderloin as I use that a lot. Finding a picture on the web it's a rolled up joint tied with string. I have this morning phoned Morrisons and asked them if they sell it and they said they could prepare one for me. Think it might be loin chops without the bone.

Pork

It is probably too late for this joint, but traditional butchers do this joint all the time.

It will be delicious with good crackle.
