Help with fudge making

Trying to find nice easy fudge recipe for first time of making it. Keep seeing recipes that totally contradict one another. Some say DONT stir, others insist you MUST stir. Some use evaporated or condensed milk others insist on cream. They even argue about what type of cream. I fundraise for charity and sell my efforts so they have to be a good standard with no additives or nasties. Where can I find a good recipe for fudge please - needs to be foolproof! I can't afford to buy cream etc only to throw it away if it goe wrong. Very grateful for any advice.

Easy fudge

I have added a microwave fudge recipe to my profile. Have a look & see what you think. I make this regularly & it is one of the recipes that my team colleagues request for every team meeting - but as I use value dark choc (Tesco or sainsbury's) & value peanut butter, it is quite inexpensive & each quantity makes around 40 x 2cm squares. So easy but so very good!

microwave fudge

Queen of Puds - thanks so much for this recipe. I was wondering about using the MW and will try this one first. I often use if for gloopy recipes which spit and splatter on the stove as it is much easier and cleaner. Thanks for taking the time to help me out x

Brown sugar fudge

I've made Lorraine pascale's brown sugar fudge which was easy and very tasty, no cream used. I think you can google the recipe, otherwise let me know and I can email it to you.
