I have made a cauliflower &Broccoli soup and I have added just a little to much garlic what can I do to tone down some of the taste .what can i add any ideas welcome .

I haven't any useful ideas, except to call it 'garlic soup with broccoli & cauliflower' then nobody can complain?? Unless some extra cream might tone it down a bit with or without a squeeze of lemon juice - you know, cream being kind of sweet in comparison.

I like garlic though, so perhaps I'm no judge ....

Hi have used a little more s tock and I think it has toned it down a bit .
