Cheese and parsnip roulade

I need some help please? I will be making the beautiful vegetarian roulade on Christmas Day - how do I keep it warm while I'm dealing with getting everything else to the table, or can it be made in advance and reheated?

Hello Diane,

Definitely make it in advance. You can even freeze it if you like.

I like to remove the foil for the last 5 minutes or so of re-heating.
