canary puddings with lemon curd topping

I made this as one large pudding today but after steaming for 40 minutes the pudding did not set and was just like the mixture I had put into the dish after whisking. Can anyone advise where I went wrong? Many thanks

Canary Puddings

Hello lemondrizzle,

I think you didn’t steam it for long enough. A large 3 egg sponge pudding takes about 2 hours steaming to cook it through.
