Bacon joint with blackend crackling

Hello All, just had a look at the recipe for this and really fancy having a go, however, my piece of gammon is small 1.1 kilos, can someone please advise on the cooking time for this, or should I use 25 minutes per pound as with pork.

If using this recipe.

yes it is 25 mins per 450g.

I would love to cook this, but sadly crackling like that would be wasted here, as no one can crunch it lol.
