Bread making

I have a very good recipe for Irish soda bread that I used to make quite successfully . I have recently tried baking it again but unfortunately I do not have oven temperatures or duration for baking which means I have been guessing both. The result is doughy middle and very crumbly outside. Please can you help?

Soda Bread problem continues

I have just made another loaf using the advice you gave me regarding oven temperature and duration of baking. The same problem has occurred in that the outside of the loaf is well cooked but the inside is moist and doughy.Perhaps it would help if I was to give you the recipe that I use
450gms.Wholemeal flour
100gms.Wheatgerm
3tsp.Baking powder
1tsp.Bicarb.soda
1tsp.Salt
75gms.Butter
300 mls.Buttermilk
100 mls.milk
Mix all dry ing.Rub in butter. Add buttermilk and milk. Knead and shape.
Any further advice please?
Thank you,
Sylvia S

Soda bread

Try 200*c for twenty min.until risen!reduce heat to170c and bake for 45min-1hour.should sound hollow on bottom,if not put back in for another 10mins. No need to put back in tin just put upside down on shelf.

Many thanks for all the helpful advice you sent me about getting the perfect result for my soda bread. I have finally found success with your last email and just a bit of tweaking of oven temperatures to suit my oven.
Your helpful advice is much appreciated.
