Home made yoghourt

I'd like to make home-made creamy fruit yog -- the "Taste the Difference" sort you get in all the supermarkets. Is there a way I can start out without buying yoghourt maker and special culture?

What would be a good way to buy the fruit...frozen, tinned...?

Many thanks :)

Home Made Yoghurt

You can make yoghurt in a flask, or by putting it in an enclosed jug somewhere warm, In France I used to leave it at the back of the log burner overnight. By mixing a full fat yoghurt, preferably an organic one, with milk, and leaving it will turn to yoghurt by the next day, in order to continue the process, retain part of your yoghurt culture and repeat the process.
