Melting chocolate puds

Melting chocolate puds

Hello All

I'm new to this forum and I hope someone can answer my query.

I am about to try Delia's melting chocolate puds. The recipe says that once the puddings are mixed and in their tins they can be frozen.

Should I defrost them before cooking or cook them from frozen?

The site already has freezing info for the vast majority of the recipes that feature on the site.

In Delia's Chocolate collection book it says .... if you are cooking them from frozen, give them 15 minutes' cooking time.
