omit sugar

I have seen several references to Delia suggesting omotting sugar and sweeteners in food & drink for six weeks to 'kick start' a slimming diet. Sounds a good idea to me, but does that include fruit?

Omit sugar

Most fruit are full of sugar. If you are dieting seriously, omit them.
