Chicken cacciatore

Would it be possible to make the chicken cacciatore the day before? And if so how long would it take to reheat...bit worried the chicken might be dry.

Chicken cacciatore

Reheated gently in a low oven, chicken cacciatore is often even better the following day.

Given that you'll be reheating at low oven heat, I would suggest 45 or even 60 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken pieces.

Keep checking to make sure it doesn't start drying out at all. If the sauce reduces too much, I just add a little extra liquid: a touch of diluted chicken stock, for example. But this probably shouldn't be necessary.

On second thoughts, 60 minutes would likely be too long. 40 - 45 minutes should likely be sufficient.
