Ultimate carrot cake???Greek yog in frosting??

Hi there...i'm making this cake tomorrow...the frosting is marscapone and 8% fromage frais....can't find 8% FF anywhere so am thinking of using 5% fat thick greek yog...will this be ok or can anyone suggest a better substitute...thanks x Reply Quote
By LGB 16 Mar 2013 09:01	Delia's Carrot Cake Delia has a new version of the carrot cake icing in her new cakes book made without the fromage frais which uses 2 x 250g tubs of mascarpone, 1 heaped teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 tablespoons milk or orange juice and 1 rounded tablespoon of golden caster sugar. Waitrose own Fromage Frais is 8% fat if you have a store near you. If not Delia's new version is good too. Reply Quote
