Has anyone used frozen in the pork florentine recipe, I am making this for 9 people and did not buy enough fresh

I would use the frozen without a thought.

Just do what it says on the packet but drain it well - I would probably squeeze it in my hands rather than just in a colander too. I would also put the fresh spinach evenly across the top of the frozen layer - becuase frozen tends to be chopped whereas fresh & wilted remains more whole. That should also share it out better.

I'm sure it will taste just fine.
