Anastasia, help please

I've made some of your preserves and have found them excellent. Am in the throes of starting Seville Orange marmalade. Do I recall that you sometimes add whiskey? If so, how much and when do you add it? Many thanks ia.

Whiskey marmalade

Cook your marmalade to setting point .always allow the marmalade to stand for 10 mins to allow the peel to settle.
Aft 5 mins add the whiskey , just a gentle stir , rest for a few more mins , then jar as normal.
Marmalade time coming up now , made a batch from last years frozen oranges yesterday , space ready now for this years .

I put about 6 Tblspoons of whiskey to around 3lbs of oranges , works well for me.
