Spicy nuts

I saw on Food Network a recipe by Gino D'Campo for spicy nuts. Unfortunately the recipe is on video and because I don't live in the UK it's unavailable to me. I've looked on the Net but other recipes don't quite look the same. Has anyone made these and if so could they let me have the recipe and cooking times.

Thanks

Nuts to you too

Hi Wendy, if you look on the good food u.k. website you should find the nuts recipe under Gino's christmas recipes.
Hope this helps

I have searched Food Network again but I still can't find a written recipe only the video and as I mentioned before, the video is not available for me to see here as I'm not in the UK.

Spicy nuts

As far as I can see, the simplest recipes involve heat, oil and spices, and nuts.

Nuts

Hi Wendy, I have just looked on the website, and as far as I can see Gino uses hazelnuts and blanched almonds lightly tossed in hot oil. Then sprinkle over chilli flakes, paprika and ground pepper. Toss together and put into a serving bowl.

Thanks Kayb & Welsh Cookie

You've both told me what I needed to know. I had seen the ad on television a few time but as it only lasted a few seconds, I couldn't be sure of all the ingredients.

Once again, thanks for your help.

All the best for 2013

Wendy
